Jeff Ellis Management, LLC. (hereinafter referred to as JEM) invites residents of Riverside and surrounding communities to apply for seasonal employment as a JEM lifeguard serving the Riverside Swim Club as well as other aquatic facilities in the Chicago area. Applicants must possess a valid lifeguard license issued through the Ellis & Associates "International Lifeguard Training Program" in order to be eligible for employment. JEM does not recognize lifeguard training credentials issued by other agencies (i.e. Red Cross, YMCA, etc.) due to the significant differences in training methods, curriculum and accountability expectations.
JEM has scheduled the following lifeguard training classes in the Chicago area for applicants seeking employment at the Riverside Swim Club:

The pay range for seasonal JEM lifeguards is $8 to $10 per hour depending upon training credentials and experience. JEM lifeguards are afforded the opportunity to work thirty to forty hours per week beginning May 24, 2008 and ending on or about September 1, 2008. All JEM lifeguards assigned to work at the Riverside Swim Club are eligible to work additional hours at other JEM aquatic facilities located throughout the Chicago area.
